ND Western participated in the Nigeria International Energy Summit (NIES) 2026, a key platform for discussing Africa’s Energy future. Our CEO, Lanre Kalejaiye, shared insights on a performance-led local strategy, emphasising the importance of strengthening indigenous participation while maintaining high standards in safety and project delivery. The summit also featured our Business Planning & Strategy Manager, Kingley Ajie, on a panel exploring Africa’;s energy transition and the decisions that will shape the continent’s energy landscape over the next decades. The discussions touched on balancing energy security, industrial growth and sustainability; issues central to Nigeria’s Energy Transition Plan and regional development. The summit provided a space to explore practical pathways for shaping Africa’s energy journey.
