Conversations around the future of Energy took centre stage at the 10th edition of the Sub-Saharan Africa International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (SAIPEC) held from 10th to 12th February at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos, with ND Western actively contributing to the dialogue. Our CEO, Mr Lanre Kalejaiye, joined fellow industry leaders at the High-Level CEOs Forum to discuss the theme of navigating opportunity amidst transition. The conversation explored how energy companies across the region are positioning for growth while responding to shifting market dynamics and evolving regulatory landscapes.
At the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Leadership panel, our Senior Manager, Supply Chain, Bola Asemota, contributed to conversations on moving inclusion from intention to action. The discussion went beyond representation, focusing on what it takes to build real pathways for women and young professionals into leadership, from addressing structural barriers to creating access, mentorship and visibility.
