He served as Chairman of the Board of Governors of OPEC twice, as Chairman of the Expert Committee of the African Petroleum Producers Organisation (APPO/APPA), as the founding Director of the national Department of Hydrocarbons of Gabon and as special advisor on Oil & Gas for most oil producing African countries. He is the founding Chairman of the Petrolin Group.

With over 40 years in the oil industry, Dr. Layi Fatona, a Petroleum Geologist, has a distinguished history with SPDC and Geotrex Systems Limited. His impact extends to board roles at Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc. and former chairmanship at Skye Financial Services Limited. Advocating for increased Nigerian participation in the oil and gas industry, Dr. Fatona emphasizes indigenous contributions. He is co-founder and pioneer CEO of NDEP, Aradel Energy.

Abdulrazaq Isa is the Chairman and CEO of Waltersmith Petroman Oil Limited, operating the Ibigwe field in OML 16. With 30+ years of experience in banking and entrepreneurship, he has led key milestones like commercial exports and the acquisition of OML 34.

His expertise spans engineering, operations, and commercial management.

Adeyemi-Bero is the founder and CEO of FIRST Exploration & Petroleum Development Company, managing the NNPC-FIRST E&P OML 83 and 85 Joint Venture. With 20 years at Shell, he has also served as President/Managing Director of BG Nigeria and was the former Chairman of the Independent Petroleum Producers Group.

After starting her career at Strachan Partners, Titi Omisore joined Aradel Holdings as Company Secretary and General Counsel in 2001. With over 23 years of legal expertise, she has played a pivotal role in acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity raises. She serves on the boards of Aradel subsidiaries and ND Western Limited.

He served as Chief Operating Officer at First Hydrocarbon Nigeria Limited, overseeing OML26, and led projects and implemented LEAN

Thierry Georger joined the Petrolin Group in 1995 and oversees all crude oil trading activities, managing sales of 60,000 barrels per day from West Africa and the Far East. He handles spot and short-term contracts across various regions, including West Africa, Russia, and the Middle East.

A former CEO and director at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC), he is skilled in navigating complex transactions. David has served on multiple international boards.

With 34+ years in upstream oil and gas, Ebenezer Ajayi holds expertise in subsurface engineering, production optimization, and strategic planning. He has led production boosts at Neconde Energy’s OML-42 and OML-30 and overseen offshore operations as COO of Rano-Accrete Petroleum.

With over 25 years of experience, Aiguedo began his career as an accountant at Oilscan Limited. He later took on leadership at Trans-Canadian before joining Niger Delta Petroleum Resources in 2005, as General Manager of Community Affairs and Security. In 2022, he joined ND Western, representing the company on the Board of FOT Associates and chairing the IPPG Standing.

With over 33 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Basil spent 23 years at Shell, including a role as a Technical Authority in the Netherlands. He was the Project Engineer for the Shell BONNY NAG from concept to commissioning in 2003. After serving as Group Construction Manager for NNPC’s 7 Critical Gas Development Projects, he joined ND Western in March 2022.

With over 27 years of diverse experience, Omorodion has excelled in legal practice, human resources, brand management, and the upstream oil and gas sector. His legal career began in 1995 and has held key roles in insurance, banking, and e-payments before joining Niger Delta Petroleum Resources in 2008. In 2013, he moved to ND Western, where he now serves as General Counsel.
