Sam Dossou-Aworet, Assumes Africa’s Businessmen Top Position at Abuja – Wednesday 31st January


The Board of NDWestern Ltd announces the elevation of its Chairman – Sam Dossou-Aworet (Founder and Chairman of Petrolin Group) as the new President and Chairman of the Board of the African Business Roundtable (ABR). An affiliated group of the African Development Bank (ADB), the African Business Roundtable remains the most formidable collection of African top businesspersons, Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the highest standing in the continent. He takes over the mantle of office, in a well-attended ceremony presided over by the Country Director of Africa Development Bank (standing in for the President), with other several African Ambassadors, Industry captains, members of the Federal Cabinet and other Chief Executives of many Institutions. The formidable former Chairman, Dr. Bamanga Tukur had held the position now vacated for some ten years. Himself now elevated, as the Grand Patron of ABR, Dr Bamanga Tukur will continue even in his mature age, to be able to share of his vast Pan African Investment instincts, experiences and reach for the benefit of the incoming Chairman.

Mr Dossou-Aworet is stepping into the high profile, highly demanding African Business leadership position, with a strategic vision towards taking African business men further and to a new level of collaborative attainments and a Pan African investment drive.
