Antoine Antoun
Antoine Antoun is an independent management and financial consultant advising governments and corporations on strategy, finance, litigation and arbitration. He is presently Chairman of the Audit Committee of the World Food Program.

He previously worked for Ernst & Young (EY) where he was the Managing Partner of the French firm, then became the CEO for the Continental Western European Area (which included more than 25 countries) until 2004.

He has a long experience in the petroleum industry where he intervened as an expert and advisor in numerous arbitration cases. Among his notable experiences, he was appointed in 1995 by the United Nations Security Council as a commissioner to examine and recommend compensation for losses and damages suffered by oil and gas corporations as a direct result of the Kuwait-Iraq conflict.

Antoun graduated in Law from the University of Paris and holds a Master in Economics from the University of Lyon and an Accounting degree from the French State.
